Wrapping up a great week at Ligioner Camp and Conference Center for the first ever SOS mission trip. Thanks to Steve Myers at Unity Church and his youth group for allowing us to be part of this awesome experience. The kids were amazing at the work: demo interior of a house and cleared evasive plants from the shore of Lake. We played hard as well: Games of Mafia, Zoo, names games, and alphabet game; a 4th of July Carnival; 4th of July parade; celebrating Maurania's 12th birthday; awesome fireworks ;swimming at the pool and lake; laser tag; intertube surfing off of a jet ski at lake; going to watch Spider-Man today at Mall; campfire with smores; Ligonier Live dance party; and Ligioner Live singing and talks. It was a week where these kids bonded in a way that could not be achieved by attending all the SOS meetings for a year together. This was a special week, and SOS wanted to thank Spitzer Toyota for their sponsorship of Serving Other Souls this year that paid for this and our HS mission trip July 30 to Aug 5. God bless!
