Serving Other Souls wants to know how our events have benefited your life as either a member of SOS or as a soul in need that received support from SOS.   Please share your thoughts and feelings so we can share these with our members at meetings or offer the emotional currency that allows folks to trust us with their donations of time, talent, or treasure. All comments will be reviewed before they are posted for appropriateness, and all patrons of the guest book must list a valid email (email address not posted) when a post is written.

It's a rare thing in this life to find a place where a group of individuals diverse in terms of age, religion and ethnicity can join together, free of conflict or tension, and work towards serving a greater good. It is even more rare to see this phenomenon occurr in a institutional context like middle school where kids are pitted against one another for so many reasons. Definitely rare -- but definitely possible!!!!! Serving Other Souls has carved out a space for empathy to trump that which serves the self. It is extraordinary to witness our kids, under the guidance of Chris Cooley, model the paradigm we need in all aspects of life. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
